Adventure Madness had outgrown their manual processes. As bookings scaled, managing itineraries, customer communications, supplier coordination, and payments through spreadsheets and email was becoming unsustainable. The team was spending a disproportionate share of time on administrative tasks rather than growing the business. Off-the-shelf travel software did not fit their specific operating model, so they needed a platform built around how their team actually worked.

The Solution
