Developed a cross-platform mobile and web application that gives construction site managers real-time visibility into labor deployment, material usage, and team performance.

The Challenge

Star Innovation Group, managing multiple active construction sites across Bangladesh, had no centralized system for tracking what was happening on the ground day to day. Site supervisors relied on manual registers for labor attendance, material consumption was tracked inconsistently, and performance reporting involved collecting paper-based data from multiple locations before leadership could review it. The company needed a mobile-first solution that site managers could use in the field, feeding data in real time to a central dashboard.

The Solution

Augmex built a cross-platform mobile application for site supervisors and a companion web dashboard for management. The mobile app allowed supervisors to log daily labor attendance, record material usage, submit site reports, and flag issues directly from the construction site. The web dashboard aggregated this data in real time, giving leadership visibility into workforce deployment, material consumption rates, and progress against milestones across active sites. Photo documentation allowed supervisors to attach visual evidence to progress reports and issue logs. Offline capture supported field use in areas with poor connectivity.

How the Project Was Delivered
