Augmex built a custom supply chain order tracking system for PANDORA, giving its team one live view of sourcing, approvals, quality checks, production scheduling, and final delivery.

The Challenge

PANDORA Innovation & Supply sources specialized machinery and components for the plastic product design and manufacturing industry. Every order moved through several vendors, internal approvals, quality checks, and team handoffs. Updates lived in phone calls, email threads, and spreadsheets. When a customer asked where an order stood, the team often had to chase several people before it could answer. Delayed approvals were easy to miss, and management had no reliable view of the full order pipeline.

The Solution

We started by mapping how an order actually moved through PANDORA, including the exceptions that generic procurement software usually misses. We then built one platform covering machinery sourcing, supplier negotiation, procurement approval, quality checks, production scheduling, and delivery. Every stage had an owner, a clear status, and an escalation path. Suppliers could update progress through their own portal, while management could see every active order, the next action, and the milestones at risk from one dashboard.

How the Project Was Delivered
